个人简况
高巍,男,1984年6月生,博士,副教授,硕士生导师。主讲《化学生物学》、《分析化学》、《仪器分析》等课程。主要研究方向:1)多肽药物/探针设计与合成;2)药物递送系统构建;3)生物分子识别机制。目前已在J. Am. Chem. SOC.;Anal. Chem.;Chem.Comm.; Sensors and Actuators B: Chemical.; Dyes and Pigments 等期刊发表SCI论文10余篇;主持山西省应用基础研究计划面上项目1项,山西省高等学校科技创新项目1项,山西省高等学校教学改革项目1项。

研究兴趣
主要从事多肽药物、分子影像探针、药物递送等相关领域的课题研究。主要研究内容包括:1)发展具有限制构型的多元环肽分子模板,构建多功能的生物活性多肽分子;2)发展高亲合力和高特异性的多肽分子探针和高灵敏的荧光分析方法;3)发展基于端基丝氨酸/半胱氨酸的蛋白质位点选择性修饰策略;4)发展基于膜巯基受体提高药物/探针跨膜递送效率方法学。
