三、主要研究领域:
通过荧光探针对生物组织进行成像是一种新型的检测方法。由于这一方法具有操作简单、检测灵敏、所需费用低、以及不需要很复杂的样品前处理过程等优点,近年来已经被广泛应用于生物分析、环境检测、临床诊断以及生命代谢的观测等领域。近红外光的组织穿透性强、对生物样品的损伤小、使用过程不会受到待测样品“自发荧光”的干扰,在实际生物检测中表现出很好的前景。研究中设计并合成出近红外荧光探针对目标分析物(活性氧和酶)进行检测。研究探针与待测分析物之间的反应机理,通过细胞以及斑马鱼实验探索探针在实际生物样品中应用的可行性,进一步分析生命体对目标分析物的调控机制
