主要从事环境污染控制与资源化技术研究。目前主要研究方向有:
1)新型环境功能材料的设计与开发
2)光催化、活化过硫酸盐等高级氧化技术的应用
3)光催化燃料电池、光电催化、光电催化-耦合微生物燃料电池、人工湿地耦合微生物电化学等多技术耦合工艺的设计与应用
4)新型污染物的降解与资源化利用
